King's Bay has one entrance to the 174 homes, 6 quads/townhouses, 28 owner owned lots to our community. The monthly assessment on a home or half duplex is $80.00, a single unit in a quad/townhouse is $68.00, and a vacant lot is $55.00. Can be paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly,
